Humanoid goat monster - Book of Cain

Based off the Diablo 3 rp I'm working with a good friend of mine. Leah was looking through her uncle's book until she found this picture. At first she was not sure what this being was until she research about and discovered there not just evil clans of this being around, but there are also indigenous goat demons out there that thrives in the mountains and in the forest. After her supposed death at the end of Diablo 3, the book was discovered by someone else...a demon hunter name Karavea. Only she has the book in her possession now.
